Margarita Smith-Roudakova
Sports Massage Therapist

After an extensive career as a classical ballet dancer and an aerial gymnast and having experienced a few injuries herself Margarita developed an interest in Sports injury Therapy. She returned into full time education and achieved an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Sports Therapy.

Blending together Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Injury therapy , Exercise therapy, Ultra Sound, Massage and Remedial Bodywork, a powerful combination of techniques for injury prevention and rehabilitation, Margarita takes her patients through the entire treatment journey.

Margarita also has a particular interest in MLD, Austrian Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique which allows treating and relieving symptoms of various oedemas and post operational conditions.

Samantha Morris
OSSM (Dip) ISRM - Soft Tissue Therapist

Samantha has a level 5 professional diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage and is a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.

She works with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, using advanced soft tissue methods such as Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Technique and Neuro Muscular Technique to help to alleviate pain, improve the body’s function and maintain the body to help prevent against further injury. Her passion in this has developed from her own experience of injuries from her background in equestrian sport and the horticulture industry.

Samantha also has additional qualifications in Taping and Strapping, Kinesiology Taping, Myofascial Cupping and Deep Oscillation Therapy Providing thorough and effective treatments that are individually tailored to each client.

Since qualifying she has worked at events including the Elite and VIP areas at Vitality Big Half and Royal Parks half marathons, The London Marathon, Prudential ride London for charitable causes, the MOVE IT dance Exhibition and several Boxing tournaments.

In her own time, she keeps active in the gym boxing and weight lifting. Also enjoying country walks with her springer spaniel Hazel.

Emma Childs
Sports Massage Therapist Reiki Practitioner

Emma qualified  in 2009 with a Diploma in Sport, on the Gold Coast of Australia. 

Emma always knew that she wanted to help people.  By learning remedial techniques along with energy healing, she has been able to help with the physical body and combat patients’ stress. 

Emma offers Remedial/Sports massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, Myofascial Release, Cupping, MLD, Pregnancy massage, Indian Head massage and Reiki.


Rosie Warrington
BSc (Hons) Massage Therapist

Rosie graduated from Kingston University in 1999 with a Degree in Sports Science.  During this time she also completed her Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage.  More recently in 2022, she has developed her learning by completing her Level 4 Sports massage which included advanced methods in her treatments, such as soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofacial release and dry cupping.

Rosie has a strong background in sports, but wanted a more rounded massage portfolio to improve her skills.  In 2021 she completed a VTCT Therapeutic Swedish massage course, closely followed by a Pregnancy massage course later that year.

Rosie has seen first hand the mobility, circulatory and therapeutic benefits massage has for the over 60’s and has a very strong client base in this area.

Working closely on this premise, Rosie completed an Oncology massage diploma in November 2023 and is able to treat clients having suffered from or suffering with cancer.

Katie Marshall
Sports Massage Therapist

Durham House has always been a part of Katie's life - she first had chiropractic treatment when she was 3 years old and has had regular treatments ever since.

Katie is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. She is also qualified in pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), kinesiology taping, cupping and deep oscillation therapy (DOT). She's also a qualified Personal Trainer so has a broad understanding of the lifestyle factors which impact our well-being, which can be aided through massage.

Katie is passionate about helping others feel better. She can help alleviate back, neck, shoulder and sciatic pain, muscle tension, headaches, tennis and golfers elbow and sports injuries, as well as help with general well-being and preventative care using a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and PNF stretching.

Katie loves the outdoors, especially mountain biking, is very interested in health and fitness and enjoys going to the gym.

Katie Lindsay
Sports Massage Therapist

Katie qualified as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with VTCT. During her course she studied a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, PNF stretching and myofascial release. She continues her professional development adding new techniques to her skill set including kinesiology taping, Graston and cupping.

Katie has always been interested in the physio side of sport after playing football throughout her childhood and dancing to a high level, wanting to get a deeper knowledge of sports massage to aid her own recovery. She has a keen mindset when it comes to the repair and improvement of soft tissue dysfunctions, as well as people's health and well-being.

Katie is also a qualified lifeguard at a gym and in her spare time loves to travel and experience new food and cultures.

Poppaea Bramwell-Reeks
Sports Massage Therapist

Poppaea is a Level 4 Sports Massage therapist and has trained in myofascial cupping. Her passions include analysing our bodies kinematic chain to help restore functional movement patterns stems. Poppaea is a GB triathlete and has competed in a variety of sports throughout her life which allows her to appreciate how devastating injuries can be. Movement is healing and she wants all her patients to thrive and live their best lives whilst preventing body fatigue and injuries. 

She believes in using muscle energy techniques, soft tissue release, PNF techniques and neuromuscular techniques to treat and prevent future injuries, allowing the body to heal itself, reduce inflammation and pain whilst restoring elasticity back into muscles. She is focused on treating every patient as an individual and uncovering their specific muscle imbalances to help alleviate pain and prevent further injury in the back, neck, shoulders, knee, ankles and any muscular/sport injuries. She believes that ankle and foot mobility is often neglected as a cause of pain and dysfunction in the knee and hip joints. 

Poppaea has spent the last 7 years competing internationally, working as a RNLI beach lifeguard in Bournemouth and New Zealand, as well as graduating in Fashion Design and working as a massage therapist.

During her travels in New Zealand, she treated a variety of patients including world class athletes, office workers, manuals workers and weekend warriors. In her spare times she loves to be outdoors, reading, running and spending time with family at the beach.

Sue Masters
MFHT Holistic and Beauty Therapist

Sue is an experienced Holistic and Beauty Therapist, who is passionate about providing a unique experience, having worked in the Beauty Industry for over 30 years. She has also taught  in beauty schools and has managed salons. Sue has also been a Holistic therapist for over 20 years.

Sue understands that each individual is unique and that is why she goes out of her way to listen to her clients and tailor her services to their specific needs, to provide an exceptional bespoke service.

Sue is a trained Beauty Therapist (IHBC), Foot Reflexologist (level 3 / AOR), Master Practitioner (2 Usui Reiki Masters), an Intuitive Spiritual Healer and is qualified in Advanced Crystal Healing

Sue has completed Advanced Facial reflexology and Zone Lift Facial treatment courses with Ziggie Bergman and is now an accredited practitioner for both .

Sue has also studied Pregnancy Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology, which covers pre-conception, pregnancy and postnatal care.
 
Sue is listed on the FHT Complementary Healthcare Therapist Register, which has been approved by the Professional Standards Authority, under its Accredited Registers programme.
